This page explains what information we receive when you use the forms on this site, what we use it for and what you can do with it. We aim to receive only what we need to reply to you.
1. Who is responsible
The party responsible for processing the data is TYJ Solutions, operating from Argentina. You can contact us on WhatsApp at +54 9 223 564-1894 or through the meeting booking form on this site.
2. What data we receive
Only what you type into the forms:
- Meeting: name, email, company and WhatsApp (optional), chosen day and time, topic and comments (optional).
- Review: name, company or project, email, rating and comment. If it has 4 or 5 stars and you authorized publication, your name, company, rating and comment are shown on this site; your email is not published.
In addition, as on any website, the hosting service processes technical data about the visit (such as the IP address, the browser and the date and time) to deliver the site and protect it. We also use the IP address, temporarily and without storing it, to limit repeated form submissions and prevent abuse.
3. What we use it for
- To answer your inquiry and assess your project.
- To arrange the meeting you requested and email you the confirmation with the meeting details, one time only.
- To publish your review on this site, only if you authorized it and it meets the automatic publication criterion (4 or 5 stars). Your email is never published.
- To keep the site secure.
We process your data because you gave us your consent by checking the authorization box on each form. We do not sell your data or use it to send you advertising you did not ask for.
4. Who we share it with
To work, the site relies on these providers:
- Vercel, which hosts the site.
- Resend, which emails TYJ the messages you send through the forms and sends you your meeting confirmation.
- Upstash Redis / Vercel KV, if configured, to store published reviews.
These providers operate from servers located outside Argentina, mainly in the United States. By submitting a form and accepting this policy, you expressly authorize that international transfer, which is necessary for your message to reach us. If you use the WhatsApp or Google Calendar button, you leave this site and those services are governed by their own policies.
5. What we don't do
- We don't use cookies, either our own or third-party.
- We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- We don't store what you type into the forms in your browser (neither in local storage nor in session storage). If you close the page before submitting, it is lost.
- We don't store the language you choose: it is set by the page address (for example, /en) and nothing is left in your browser.
- We don't store your meeting requests in a database on this site: they arrive in our email. Authorized 4- or 5-star reviews, however, may be kept so they can be shown publicly.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry or the business relationship that arises from it, and until you ask us to delete them. Published reviews stay visible until you request their removal.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data, and to withdraw your authorization at any time. Write to us on WhatsApp or through the meeting form, stating the email address you contacted us from, and we will reply through that same channel.
The holder of personal data has the right to exercise the right of access to that data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown for that purpose, as established in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326 (Ley Nº 25.326). The Agency for Access to Public Information (AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA), in its capacity as the Control Body of that Law, has the authority to handle the complaints and claims filed regarding non-compliance with the rules on personal data protection.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), we validate the data that is submitted and we limit repeated submissions. No system is infallible, but we work to make sure your information reaches only the people who need to respond to you.
9. Minors
This site is intended for adults and for businesses. We do not deliberately ask for data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change the way we process data, we update this page and the date above.
